Directions for Online Parent-Teacher Conference Scheduling

Log on to the pickAtime website:

• Logging on directly at: www.pickatime.com/client?ven=11601172.

The site will be available for scheduling appointments from:
9:00am Tuesday, November 4, 2008 to 9:00pm Monday, November 10, 2008.

Register:

1. Enter your email address and push “Login/Create Account”.
2. Fill in the required fields and register.
3. For _______, enter the Student ID ____________ and Security Value ____________.
4. Sign In

Scheduling:

1. If you have students at both campuses, please allow 15 minutes between appointments for travel time. All parents should use the main campus parking lots.
2. Each colored square represents an available meeting time. The legend shows you which teacher corresponds to which color, and the times increase as you go down the page. (Note: you will not see all of the teachers at your school, just the set of teachers that your children have classes with.) Click on a square to book that time.
3. You will have the option of setting a time when you would like a reminder email.
4. Click “Create Appointment”.

Repeat until you have an appointment for each teacher you would like to see or have been requested to meet.

• At any time you can click on “printable schedule” and print the resulting web page to get a hard copy of your schedule.
• If you want to make changes to your schedule, you can log in at any time with the email address and password you used to create your account.
• If you have more than one appointment, they will be hidden. Click on the blue circle to the left of your name at the top of the screen to show your appointments. There will be links to modify the time, or cancel the appointment.

Please read and follow the instructions carefully.  Write down the email and password you used to create your account.  If you are still experiencing difficulty, please call the school office at 352-2175, for assistance.
