Directions for Online Parent-Teacher Conference Scheduling

 

Log on to the pickAtime website by either:

 

The site will be available for scheduling appointments from:

9:00am Monday, January 11, 2009 to 9:00pm Monday, January 18, 2009.

 

Register:

  1. Enter your email address and push "Login/Create Account".
  2. Fill in the required fields and register.
  3. For your student, enter the Student ID , and Security Value provided.
  4. Sign In

 

 

Scheduling:

  1. Each colored square represents an available meeting time. The legend shows you which teacher corresponds to which color, and the times increase as you go down the page. (Note: you will not see all of the teachers, just the teacher(s) that your children have class with.) Click on a square to book that time.
  2. You will have the option of setting a time when you would like a reminder email.
  3. Click "Create Appointment".

 

Keep in mind:

  • The system requires that you enter the Student ID and Security Value exactly as shown above.
  • At any time you can click on "printable schedule" and print a hard copy of your schedule.
  • If you want to make changes to your schedule, you can log in at any time, prior to the close of scheduling, with the email address and password you used to create your account.
  • If you have more than one appointment, they will be hidden. Click on the blue circle to the left of your name at the top of the screen to show your appointments. There will be links to modify the time, or cancel the appointment.

 

Please read and follow the instructions carefully. Write down the email address and password you used to create your account. If you still are experiencing difficulty, please call the school office at 588-1472, for assistance.
